hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL)
mayonnaise
1/2 cup (125 mL)
Nanny Hudson’s Homestyle Relish
2 tsp (10 mL)
Dijon mustard

avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped

slices whole wheat bread
3/4 cup (175 mL)
alfalfa sprouts

Directions

  • 1 Mix together chopped eggs, mayonnaise, relish, mustard and avocado.
  • 2 Toast bread. Spread filling over 6 slices of toast; top with sprouts, cucumber and radish. Top with remaining slices of toast.
